Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • If you prefer store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.

Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Important: All returns and exchanges must be authorized with a valid RMA number.

(These are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.)

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Programming cables and software licenses are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • To exchange a product, please contact us through our Contact Us page or live chat.

How to Return an Item (RMA Process)

  • Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Once approved, send your item to the following address:

  • Include your RMA number with the return shipment.
  • When your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • Still have issues? Contact us and we’ll assist you.

Return Shipping

  • Do not send your item back to the product manufacturer.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
