- After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Important: All returns and exchanges must be authorized with a valid RMA number.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Programming cables and software licenses are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

How to Return an Item (RMA Process)
- Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Once approved, send your item to the following address:

- When your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Return Shipping
- Do not send your item back to the product manufacturer.
- You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
